There is absolutely not enough to be said about this hidden gem! Nestled inside the back of a little boutique shop in downtown (Harper and Grey)..if you blink, you might just miss it. This place is a hidden gem. I was recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome. Eating safe and healthy food while traveling can be a challenge. We had the salad trio option with Texas Blueberry Green Tea. This was so fresh and unbelievably flavorful. The atmosphere was quiet, modern and comfortable. The staff at the cafe and retail shop were so helpful and friendly. After eating we did some shopping. I ate at Le Salt twice this week and I still feel like I didn’t get enough. Madeline and crew put so much heart and experience into their food. I always love seeing what the sandwich of the day is.If you haven’t, go eat here!
