The food was average. The employees were good, but the dining room was very smokey and hard to eat comfortably. The floor was so slick, I was in fear of falling. It would be nice if they were to invest in some up grades.

Building is old run down and nasty, fly strip hanging behind soda machine, and like everyone says very Smokey. Food was good and the girl that waited on me was cleaning the whole time I was there. Wiping everything, counters, tables. It’s a shame the corporate office has no quality or store appearance standards or requirements. Even though I used to love Long John Silver’s and there are none around me. I Probably won’t be back.

Understaffed. The exhaust fan wasn’t working so the restaurant was full of greasy smoke. Bathrooms were not clean. Every surface had a greasy residue feel (probably due to the greasy smoke cloud). Fish was probably freezer burned because coating on one side was tough as shoe leather.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 11:45 and the food wasn’t cooked yet. Said it would be around 10 minutes to wait on the food. We decided to order and pulled around to the drive thru window. The employee working the drive through made us super uncomfortable. We pulled away from the restaurant to eat our food and the batter on the fish wasn’t even cooked all the way. Horrible experience.
Whole building smoky, floors dirty and the bathrooms are out of order, this picture is supposed to be a double order of fries, no tea ready, they open at 10:30 and it is now 1125 and still no tea made, the whole experience is a the worst I’ve ever seen! Ridiculous

Restaurant was smoky from fryers. Drink machine had no ice. Order was incorrect when served, but was corrected. Bathrooms were closed due to plumbing issues. Restaurant tables were dirty and trash was overflowing. There was a patina of oil on the floor. A bad experience.

Everything was so greasy. My husband picked up a piece of fish & grease dripped from it. The hush puppies were good.

Chose LJS driving thru because the McDonald’s line was so long. Big mistake. This location is run down and badly in need of a complete overhaul of the building and staff. The walls in the dining room are so sticky with grease my shirt stuck to it when I leaned against it. I could go on but trust me - wait at McDonald’s.

I quit going inside because the decor is so outdated and looks dirty even when its cleaned. This place needs a remodel badly! Today I used the drive thru. Ordered the fish n chicken platter. My order was wrong. Asked for double cole slaw and got a few, maybe 10, fries and one slaw. The fish and chicken were both over cooked. Only one hush puppy was edible, I am not into rocks! I went here instead of waiting in the 20 car deep line at the other place. Yeah, I pulled right up, ordered, waited a decent amount of time for food and was sorely disappointed. Not likely to return any more. Worst part is I like LJS and its an alternative to tacos or burgers.
