Beware of the ER Dept! Someone stole my mom's necklace and they are currently refusing to do anything about it. If you see this anywhere please let me know. After 12 days of leaving messages with D. James and S. Powell, I had to leave a scathing message to return my call. I can't believe a hospital would have such rude and unprofessional employees. Such an insult to injury. Was seen in the ER for complications due to Covid-19 over six months ago. I provided all the necessary information for the hospital to file a claim with my insurance and for them to provide the information to the physician providers related to my care. To date I have provided that information again at least six times. I am now getting sent to collections. If you can safely bypass this facility, you should. The care was acceptable but the billing hassle is atrocious.

If I could give this hospital zero star, I would. In October I was experiencing severe shortness of breath, blood pressure kept rising, pain in my back etc. Once I told the doctor in the ER that I take a low dose blood pressure medicine, my heart was all she wanted to focus on. Blood work of all kinds was ordered as well as chest X-ray, EKG and then a CT scan after the 'doctor' determined I 'might have a pulmonary embolism'.
