Made the mistake of coming back. In one word, horrible. Will not make that mistake again.Post five years ago.This is the second time I have been to RIBcrib and they are out of ribs. How the heck is that possible? The place is horrible and I will not be back.

We were on our way to San Antonio and pulled off the highway to buy something one of my siblings had requested. We were getting a little hungry and just happened to see their sign out of the corner of our eyes. We went in and found some of the VERY best BBQ on our trip. Pricing was very reasonable and the food was delicious.
This place was made awesome by Devan. She is the best. Give her a raise.

The only reason this place got 3 stars is because of the great customer service and the sweet tea was done correctly. When I found this place, I saw so many mixed reviews and I wish I had followed my gut. The food was over cooked and tasted rough, it made all of our stomachs hurt, which wasn't good for a long ride.The coleslaw looked old, the mashed potatoes were fine, but the brisket and ribs were severely over cooked, the kids Mac n cheese, chicken quesadillas, and chicken strips were fine. We had a long drive and were all very hungry and this was not the place for us- the portions were fine, but it left all 6 of us hungry and feeling queasy for the rest of the ride. As for pricing- it was well over priced for the portions served- we don't eat a lot as a family and the serving size we got was acceptable, but the price we spent here was unacceptable for what we got. We spent less money at Chili's and got more food. I'm sure it's not the establishment overall- that was clean and beautiful-but an improvement on food would significantly increase this place.
