When you order a drink, they make the wrong one and then use their teeth to open a package that you watch them use said package to make your drink and then when you tell them that you saw them do something nasty with your drink so they have to make it a 3rd time and they talk smack in their headsets thinking the guest cant

The store shift manager has quite an attitude problem. She needs to learn basics of “customer service” from her colleague who was polite. If Starbucks policies about what a customer can or can not order aren’t clearly displayed (not the usual fine print) then be simple while sharing those. We respect your hard work.

Food was so bland. My husband doesn't usually add salt to food but he was needing it for a bacon sausage wrap. The staff checking us out was impatient and rude. Wouldn't give me my points for my purchase. Was more interested in screwing around.
