They forgot mine and my wife's food but got our kids food out to them real quick. Gave us the wrong check that was priced at $40.28 real total was $60.60. I was kinda shocked but whatever they tried.Kid-friendliness: Got our kids food out really fast

I'm so sorry, but the food was nasty, and this was the 1st. I even told my sister that came to see me form out of town that yall was the best, and I was so disappointed ? the ice cream was yummy. That's was it. I probably won't eat there again. Because the ice cream.

Gotta be honest, the food was delicious even though the people working the dining room were some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. We were just passing through and won't be back but man, I highly suggest ya'll work on those major "too good for you" attitudes up front here. We legit walked out and just went through the drive thru instead, where we were treated like human beings! Wow, a ridiculous expectation, I know! Food was really good regardless!

Great Steak 'n Shake. Loved their secret menu items. Got a royal burger with an egg on top. Would go back to try other new menu items. I love the regular fries but family got the Parmesan and the other Cajun/spicy fries. I was not a fan when I tried them, but they loved them, so I guess if you like variations on fries, get the variation. I just liked the classic plain ones.Parking: Free parking.

My server was great. Had no problems with her & im sorry I did not get her name. I was eating my food with Family & look down & see not one, but two different pieces of black hair in my food. Had to walk my plate to the front to let someone know & the manager asked what table number, I pointed & told her I don’t want a replacement. Going back up to pay, I asked if anything could be done & the manger told the server I could pay. I said I have to pay for food that had hair in it that obviously isn’t mine? Dani, the manager proceeded to argue with me that the hair found in my plate was my child’s which was on the other side of the table from me. Dani was very very unprofessional & even her servers was telling me they was so sorry.. Don’t think we will return unfortunately.
