I placed my order on line and ordered white chocolate and raspberry cookies. I was delivered the wrong kind of cookies. I approved a tip to be placed on my card but it wasn't there. I want to apologize to the driver but I did approved a tip.

My father went in to get me a footlomg Beast because I was stuck at work for the whole day. They said they were out of roast beef so they refused to make it for him. This is the 2nd time they've refused to make a sandwich for me. 0/10 do not recommend going there.

Subway has some of the best tasting sandwiches that you can get in town. I would 100% recommend coming here. most of the food is flavorful and fresh tasting, except for the footlong churro(don't get the churro, it's not that good, get the footlong cookie instead). The wait is a little long for sandwiches and if they are backed up on order it could take 5-10 minutes before they can take your order.

Worse Subway experience in my life! They were out of just about everything as far as toppings go, all they had was brown looking lettuce, pickles,onions,spinach. They also had only 2 cheeses to chose from! It was a pathetic excuse for fresh. But I had already ordered my 2 subs and felt obligated to buy them, that was dumb! This was at 8:00p.m. as I was paying They started gathering all the containers, so I thought " OH that explains it They are closing" so I ask what time do you close, the girl stated " 10:00p.m. So I thought WOW, now you are replacing everything?? I really couldn't believe that there is not any concern for customer service anymore. All they had to do was inform me when I came in that they were going to restock instead of serving what they had. Definitely not the Subway that is advertised! I am writing g this to let everyone know to avoid this store, it is horrible! So avoid the Subway on George Nigh Expressway in McAlester, unless you want subpar service and food!

It is extremely disappointing that the last 5 times I have tried to order y'all have been out of half the menu or your system isn't working. Like I was gonna order a sub yesterday and y'all was out of every bread but flatbread. How is this a sandwich place and you are out of bread. This is downright ridiculous.

Great tasting food, the staff was very friendly, & the establishment was super clean!
I did a curbside pickup order and they got it perfect. I made a note asking for Jalapeños on the side and it was in the bag! So many places in McAlester ignore the notes on orders but Subway got it right and it was delicious. The woman who brought out my subs was very friendly as well. Just a great experience all over.
