Food has really gone downhill and way up in price..at least put the red sauce on the bean burritos for crying out loud! Hope it changes but I doubt it.
Worked here for 2 weeks and was shocked by how disgusting and unprofessional the managers are. My first day as we were going through orientation Chelsa Markland had weed sitting out in the open while actively vaping and hitting a cart. Same day we walk into the kitchen where the food is prepped and I am told where the cameras can’t see you vape and to feel welcome to smoke in those areas of the kitchen as she and other employees were. The dishes were disgusting and not cleaned very well. The bathrooms were atrocious and hardly ever cleaned. She has been refusing to pay me and others for our time worked there and every time she is contacted she feels it is not her issue or simply doesn’t answer.

I love taco bell food so while I was out running around I wanted to get something for me and my son. I called taco bell and since we were in a hurry I spoke to a young lady on the phone. At 7:33 pm I was told they don't do call in orders. I figured it was a joke and said well I want...she said WE DONT DO CALL INS! then hung up! I guess Taco bell is only dine in or come in to order. I won't likely be back. The quality lacks for the effort and cost I would be required to exhibit.
.80 for a squirt of cheese. I just went back to have a burrito remade sat here crying now this is my sign to be done with Taco Bell and start making my own food.

The only thing I would add is make certain hot sauce & forks are stocked. With that said, the young lady at the counter quickly provided us with both. Food was delivered quickly. It's hard to believe it now costs my husband & I over $27 to eat at Taco Bell!! It rankles me that in order to have a decent amount of meat & cheese on a Mexican pizza you have to pay for extra...I even got charged .15 extra for extra red sauce on a bean burrito, come-on...really??? Not sure when taco bell started making bean burritos flour tortilla heated...they've always been soft not crunchy, what's up with that?
