Now this has been going on for a little over a year now…. Every time I seem to order my food with no mayo… guess what it will come with… that’s right YOUVE guessed it MAYO! I’m highly disappointed in this company this is HIGHLY unacceptable.... do you guys not care about your customers? If anyone is even reading these comments anymore ..

Dined in on a Wednesday evening. Ordered the Corned Beef Rueben Sandwich meal with Crinkle cut fries. What I got was grilled Corned Beef with the dressing, without the sauerkaut or cheese and overcooked Curly fries. Definitely not worth the $12. I live in the area and will not be going back to that Arby's. I'd rather drive 45 mins to Joplin to get my favorite sandwich in the future.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The food had such an off taste, I couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw it out. The fries tasted like the oil had never been changed. There was no carbonation in the drinks. Got all of this at the bargain price of over $25. Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been too. Don’t waste your money.

May have just been an off night, but 1.5 hours before closing time, they were out of my first and second choices for my meal. Normally, I'm able to get my request without issue, so this is not the standard service I usually receive. I will be back.
