I recently purchased via the mobile app and get to the drive thru to be told that I would have to pay with cash and they would refund my money in 48 hours. Now I reach out to the company and get informed that it could be 5 to 15 days and I paid for my order twice which a lot of people do not have the funds to be doing this. Plus I could not use any of the coupons which I was using on my mobile order. I would think McDonald's would at least warn the consumer that they may have to pay twice and not be able to use any discounts they offer. Also we ended up with more grease in a card board box then anything and we all got sick. McDonald's has gotten sloppy and careless and if it's going to be that way then it really shouldn't cost as much. If you are going to charge more then I expect decent service. Simple.

This is the only location for McDonald's in Miami, OK. Since renovation a couple years ago, there have been vast improvements with service here.For the most part, employees are friendly and quick with service. I personally do not eat here often but when I do, I have not received a messed up order.Simple go to's are: McDouble or McChicken with a Fench Fry. If you have downloaded the app you can typically get $1 large French Fry with an in-app coupon. Sometimes McDonald's will run specials to buy one get one for a $1 from choosing a Big Mac, Quarter Pounder Cheese Burger, or a 10 pc Chicken McNugget. If ordering a meal, I would recommend downloading the app to see what daily specials are available. Another popular in-app coupon would be the --% off with a minimum $5 purchase.With the inflation of our economy, McDonald's prices have risen and it simply does not make sense to eat here often. It is expensive when ordering for a family. Due to that, I would not eat here at all if it were not for the coupons in the McDonald's app.Also, McDonald's is not a healthy option, so if on dietary restrictions, just don't eat here or only get apple slices and a water.You can expect a wait time no matter what the time of day is as it is still the only McDonald's in town. I do believe the majority of workers at this location do their best and move as quickly and as efficiently as possible for their line of duty to keep the flow of customers going.Overall, McDonald's is still an easy go-to fast food retailer franchise.

I'd almost never give a one star review but they tried to charge me almost $10 for a double biscuit and gravy. That's insane for 2 small biscuits and a scoop of gravy. I left the drive thru and went somewhere else.

Had I seen this place had 1 star in ratings before I went, I would've gone somewhere else. The guy that was taking money tonight in the drive-thru, December 18, 2023 around 6pm, should be fired. He's rude and condescending and clearly does not need his job.
