It just seems that one order may be too much. Not the only person who is suffering from The employees attention to detail. There have been countless times and countless issues with this place. They don't mind charging you for the extra stuff yet the almost always "forget" to actually put the add stuff in. They will swear up and down that they did.. till you open burger open to show that there nothing add. Hmmmmm.. What a very sad ordeal this place has become. Probably best to avoid this if you don't want to be ripped off.

Food is wonderful, they take your order quite quickly and are friendly while doing so. They try their absolute best to special orders correct, and are willing to correct it if they don't. It unfortunately does take a while for the food to be made, but I'm sure that has more to do with it being made fresh.Dietary restrictions: They are more than willing to work around your dietary needs.

Got a chili dog that had almost no chili on it. The bun only had a slight brown smear on it that looked like someone had wiped the back of a chili spoon across the bread. The hotdog it self also seemed like it had been out for a while.

The onion rings were soggy and in a mushy pile at the bottom of the bag. The chocolate shake came out melted and lukewarm. The burgers and drinks were fine. The wait time wasn't that long, so I surprised by the melted shake and mushy rings. Hopefully going at a different time besides lunch will give a better experience.

I just can't understand what has happened with Sonic's famous good fast food. As I was growing up Sonic was the place to go an eat even the drinks was great but a few years ago in the town I lived in the service was bad, long wait times and the food kept getting worse. A few days ago I wanted a good ol' Sonic burger in the town I live now, I have to admit it was bad too even the carhop kept our change, did she need a tip that bad? All in all the food they show on tv is not what you actually get I wasted my money sorry to say.

So disappointed in our local Sonic- Miami, OK. The food is rarely fresh and hot. Wait times should allow for fresh food but it rarely is fresh. This is the worst coney dog I’ve ever had.
