There is no structure and guidance at the miami facility. Does not matter what you order, you will be there for 30 minutes if not longer.Who ever runs this store ought to be fired.They don't even even acknowledge the lobby costumers. I understand the drive-thru gets backed up but the orders between lobby and drive-thru need to be rotated to keep the process flowing smoothly
Trapped us in the drive thru for 30 minutes no warning because someone had a large order. Called in asked them to park the car said doing the best we can. No your not we hscd places togo. Just a joke!!! I only wish I could do a lower rating !

Waited over 25 minutes for my 6 items of food. Isn’t it supposed to be FAST food. Horrible speed of service and don’t go in the drive through or you will be trapped! Inside need updated!
