I decided to give Billy Sims Burger another try following a disappointing experience shortly after it opened at the Yale Mall. Service was poor. I stood after placing my order at the self serve kiosk. The employee looked shocked to see me standing there waiting for my food. They began preparing my order after seeing me. My food was average at best but definitely not good. My burger bun felt soggy again. Maybe because of the foam containers the put the burgers in. The cost for my double sims burger, cheese curds (which were a 1.99 up charge but easily the best thing in my order) and a 20oz fountain drink was $13.00! Never ?? again Billy Sims…never again.

Just had the single burger I thought it was good tasted fresh , but why no pickles, onions, onion rings or mustard ? The fries were ok as well. And I love the Billy Simms BBQ too !

this is my daughter's favorite place and i can see why. not only was the food great but the service that David Littlefield was above and beyond. I've never felt so welcomed in an establishment. I'd come back just because of him.

They're were good when I first started going. I think they recently changed staff and their burgers are either overcooked or the grill isn't being cleaned because the edge of the patties will be crunchy and hard and have a weird flavor. I do love their loaded fried though.

Well, what can i say? The burger and the fries were SO fresh. Unbelievable lol HOWEVER, the service was slow and they werent even busy. KINDA expensive? I got a burger, fries and cheese curds. 16 dollars. Even though the food was VERY fresh, it just wasn't memorable. The burger was greasy but no flavor. I was very shocked. It was very interesting. If theres supposed to be a sauce or seasoning on the patty, twas missed. Lol

Place was very clean! Staff was friendly and efficient. They customized my no bun burger and made it extra special with an extra peice of leafy green lettuce. Seemed very fresh.

well we were excited to try these burgers but was pretty disappointed they were not as big as we thought they would be & the hamburger meat at a funny taste to it; this was the 2?3rd day they opened; the employees were super nice; but the price & food wasn't to great sorry!

If you are not a "special sauce" person like me, and don't want it, ask them to leave it off... The Old Fashioned Cheeseburger (Mustard, Pickles, and Onion) is one of the best burgers I've EVER had!
There was a lot of wild hair employees without any hair covering (2 of 3). I felt I needed to looked closely for black hair in my food. If they are so openly casual with food safety. How concern are they about the things you can not see.
