Dropping the ball people, this was by far the slowest chicken store I've been to. I've always heard this was a good place but I guess it is possible so many people can be wrong. I waited I'm line for over 12 minutes for a simple breakfast meal. Do better.

Ever since the renovation, the drive through times have slowed down substantially. Before, the line could be out to the plaza, and you didn’t have to worry about waiting long. Now if the line is anywhere near the middle of the parking lot, I’ll drive by and go somewhere else due to the wait time.

I gave the manager a chance to make things right, but he ghosted me. On 8-13-21 my order came with no condiments which were plainly listed on reciept. That was no big deal. I called and let the recording know what happened and didn't ask for a call back. Next day I ordered the 12 piece nugget meal and got something in a covered bowl that stunk and was not edible. Left a message telling what happened with call back number. No return call. Stopped by to talk to Mgr to which after a minute he rudely started talking to another patron during our conversation. Told him to call me to make things right. Still no reply.To the Mgr.

I placed an order 20 mins before closing. Due to the long lines I didn't reach the till 10pm. No one said anything to either lane so both lanes continued to wait. I decided after 5mins of silence and the front of the line moving to drive to the window to where I was told I can't be serviced even though I placed my order in advance. Communication is key

I arrived at 12:30 and didn’t get my order until 1:01pm. I believe this is the slowest one I’ve ever gone too!
My son just had major surgery 3 days and craving Chick-fil-A. Order food for him and my husband get home and missing the 8count nuggets. Everything else in my is correct but the nuggets. It seems like there is always an item missing even when we go into to eat there recently. I understand I could have checked my order but I'm in a rush to get home to feed my child who has had no appetite. Yes, this is fast food but I think there should be a little more attention to details than being so fast.

I had to change my rating from all 5's because they have taken the chick fil a forgiveness to a whole new level.It's no longer "God must have have meant for me to have one less sauce" or "God wanted me to have a salad instead of the sandwich I ordered".Now is I order nuggets meal with sauce and get 0 sauce.I'm over it. 40x40 is getting close.
