Great service, the chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak is ok. The only thing is it's overpriced for the amount of food you get. I know everything is overpriced right now. But I feel like.. the food portion should be bigger simply because of how much it costs just to order. Otherwise In Town Southern Dining is great!

It is definitely southern dining. The food was pretty good and exactly what you expected. The prices are great and portions are big. It is a nice little family restaurant.
I have eaten here before and all was good. Today I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich and bacon cheese burger. The burger was outstanding and the chicken fried was good. The issue was all the coating around one side was covering nothing but air. Abt and inch wide. The same on the other side but not quite as wide. Once this was removed the meat was slightly larger than the bun not like it started out. Disappointed. See the pic. Everything in the red circles was just air. Not meat.

Stopped to grab some sandwiches to go. A bacon cheeseburger and a chicken fried steak. The cashier was polite but somewhat quiet. She took my order and it was out pretty quick. The place was very clean with some background music tht wasn't too loud. Manager was out talking to some patrons. I got home and grabbed the chicken fry. It looked huge. See the pics. I went to bite into it and got nothing but breading. Seems about and inch around the side was without meat. Was the same on the other side but not as bad. Again see the pics. After removing the coating tht was covering air the steak was just over the size of the bun. I don't know if this was a fluke or standard but I was really disappointed. It tasted fine as did the cheeseburger but Thts not their claim. The claim is large steak sandwiches. I'll give them another chance but will be a bit.

It's just Del Rancho without the name. Same basic food. But with a 30 minute wait on "drive-thru" orders, it's not really drive thru. Done with this hole.

This is a nice little diner. Very bright and clean. Excellent service. Good chicken fried steak and insane portions on the chicken fingers. Fried okra is good. Potatoes and gravy are basic.
