As I was Driving douglas blvd I passed several fast food restaurants! McDonald's, Whataburger,KFC, Panda Express etc. As I drove a little further I came up on a firehouse sub est. Walking in I was greeted and immediately helped. As the young lady that was more than attentive to my questions and food order. She was very detailed and courteous! She had me in and out of there in no time and the sandwich was probably one of the best I've had!Thx. Sky

I'm a sandwich kind of girl, never been to firehouse before today, so I thought I'd stop in since I had time. Honestly, it was just very disappointing. I must've gotten someone else's order. I ordered the hook and ladder medium just how it comes to go, when I got to where I was going, I got out my sandwich only to see that I had no tomato no mustard and one small sliver of onion on the whole sandwich. Likely won't be back.

Waited 45 minutes for my sandwich to be wrong. I usually like Firehouse, the food is excellent, but this was disappointing for how expensive the sandwiches are.
Order is wrong almost every time and I unfortunately love firehouse and only have one in our area. They will ALWAYS mess it up in some minor way that gets increasingly annoying, or costs money (paying for extra bacon, cheese, meat, etc. just to end up not getting it) and you can tell their pickles have been sitting in the “chill” tub on the counter for too long, majority of the time

Service was great, the facility and atmosphere were great. The food was good, but the GF bread wasn't actually the best. It wasn't bad, but it was not the best, either - especially for the price.Dietary restrictions: They understand and serve well anyone with a gluten allergy/Celiac Disease. They use fillings that haven't yet been exposed to anything else, change gloves, use a separate area for prep, etc.
