I ordered a pick-up order, and I arrived when the app said it was ready only to sit and watch my food get cold for the next 10 minutes while the wait staff stared at the food. I finally had to get up and ask for it. I guess to go orders are not a priority for this location. The food was cold and soggy from sitting. I'll be frequently WePancakes or some other location than IHOP. The servers were nice enough, just not concerned with orders and more concerned about continuing their conversation.

Just avoid this place. Go somewhere else. Terrible service, food made wrong twice, manager just walking away and not taking care of anything. Wow this place sucks!!! Will never set foot in there again!!!

We went on a Saturday night with a group of friends. The atmosphere was good but the food was awful and the service was lacking also. Management tried to rectify the poor food with much the same issue as we started out with. There were 5 guests and 3 unacceptable dinners. Not recommended!

This was my second time this year stopping in for a meal. The food was much better. My waitress was the same one from my previous visit. I recommend this I HOP.
Food was really disappointing for what I paid. I understand we are paying for the convenience of not cooking etc but the chicken tenders was hard and dry and the fries wasn't that great either. Server was amazing though.
