Over an hour wait on original recipe, no breasts. This was the second KFC as the first I went to was over an hour late on door dash orders so couldn't serve folks in the drive thru.

What we ordered was the 8 piece extra crispy but when we got home it was either very bad original or extremely old & dried out soggy skin chicken. It was horrible.We chose coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. The sides were only half full.I doubt we will ever go back to KFC.

Unbelievable. Every single time I come to this KFC it's at LEAST a 30 min wait for chicken. Not worth it. I don't understand how it's possible to be this slow and have chicken in your name.

I asked for a two piece chicken and as part of the two piece could one of those two pieces be a breast. He charged me extra because I asked him for the breast. I don't know if this is your policy but next time tell people that they are paying extra for the breast in addition to the two piece.

I'm convinced this location is run by NPCs that have zero consequences for their actions. When I tell y'all.. I have been to this location 4 times in the last 6 months and have only gotten actual food once, and it is no lie. It's usually around 630p when I attempt to get some delicious chicken, so that's probably the night shift. Anyways.. all the other reviews tell yall about how rude they are, the acting out, all that. I'm here to tell yall they also like ignoring the customers and then playing hide n seek while giggling. What can we do, right? Like I'm gonna throw a fit to get some food that they're DEFINITELY gonna mess with, no thank you. Don't even bother yall. Stopping here will just raise your blood pressure and leave your tummy grumbling.

First of all!!! Why is this place ALWAYS so unfriendly, unwelcoming and people with the worst attitude? Customer service is so terrible you’re almost afraid when you don’t have your order in within 5 seconds. There is no helping you out or patience with these people. Then after leaving almost 50 dollars at this place; I come home and my fries are nasty. Fries from all day laying there. Chicken tenders from all day laying there and so were the biscuits. Plain and simple nasty and uneatable. Never again!!! ?

Ordered a 12 piece crispy bucket. I arrived 10 minutes after the time given, and still had to wait 15 minutes. On top of that I didn't even get crispy as requested, they said all they had was original. Not a big deal but the whole situation was very off putting.

Today we dined in for a late lunch and a guy came in and started getting aggressive with the GM. The GM, JR, handled everything very well & once the guy left, even after the guy threatened him, GM JR was very polite & professional. Not everyone would have handled that situation the way he did. Great Job, JR & thanks for your kindness.

Ordered a 16 piece meal mixed original and crispy. Got 13 pieces with no crispy and only 1 breast. Gut that took my order was rude and noticeably didn’t want to be there! This place has went from good to a disaster in a year! Won’t be back!
