Terrible customer service here. Apparently if you order ahead online, than anyone who orders after you or walks in takes precedence over your order. Even when it was ordered to be picked up between a specific time frame. The manager laughed at me when I complained about her customer service skills and the fact that I ordered my order 3 hours in advance for a Bday party to get there at pick up time to be told they are not even made yet. RIDICULOUS!!

Called in an order for a stuffed crust pepperoni and a stuffed crust pretzel. Said it be 30 minutes. Showed up 30 minutes later. The person in front of me asked what they had available at the moment. The cash I told them regular pep and a pretzel stuffed crust pep (my pizza). Cashier proceeded to try and charge my card after telling me it’d be another 10 minutes. All while listening to what sounds like two employees in the back having a fistfight and yelling at each other. We all know when they tell you it’ll be another 10 minutes, it almost always turns in to 30 to 40. Walked out after the cashier kept pressing me to run my card, forcing me to wait. Went to Dominos and was at home eating 15 minutes later.

Ordered online and pizza was ready about 10 minutes later than what I was given. It was rush hour though and the front end lady did apologize for the wait. Pizza tasted fine and was fresh.

Food was old and cold. The employee forgot to charge me for the bread and almost didn't give me all of my order till I said something. This is the worst experience I've ever had and will not be back...

We ordered a special and did not get what we ordered.We got a normal 5$ pepperoni and cheese when we ordered a specialty pizza with sausage on it and not only did they refuse to refund us our money. They refuse to send out the right pizza! every time we go here we have a problem or our pizzas always cold or Burnt or not what we ordered. I mean how can you mess up a pizza with 2 toppings? Obviously they find new ways to push us closer to not ordering from here anymore. And our family actually loves lil Caesar’s pizza (when made correct and freshly hot)

Was horrible! I placed my order online so that my families pizzas were made fresh specifically for us so we could enjoy utilizing the pizza portal go home eat and enjoy quality time. The pizza was cold by the time I left the store and on top of that they burnt it to an extra extra burnt crisp. Was my worst little caesers experience in a long time. Even worse than when they lost or forgot to make my pizza 3 times back to back two visits in a row
my pizza and breadsticks were absolutely perfect! but i do have concerns with how workers are treated here.. i walk in to pick up my pizza and im greeted by an absolutely delightful worker, but immediately she gets pulled aside and while i didnt hear the altercation, it felt like the manager (i presume) was chewing her out for how she greeted me.. i dont appreciate these lovely workers being treated like this and frankly this soured my experience. my order was at 7:20 pm on feb 9th.

They can't get right it if you want a fresh pizza you might as well order from Pizza Hut or Domino's what's the point in hot and ready when then pizza old then you have to wait to order a fresh pizza that's how y'all was competing by have hot and ready fresh pizza this Pacific location not all I haven't been to everyone but the one off Midwest Blvd and 15 is okay sometimes but definitely better then Douglas Little Caesars

This place has changed my life!! They accidentally sold me an antique pizza. I had it authenticated at the Antiques Roadshow as an early, pre-colonial pizza from 1618. It appraised for $180,000!! I'm so excited that I'll be able to afford an edible pizza from one of the better pizza restaurants that serve edible ones!! What incredible luck!!

CLOSE DOWN THIS LOCATION....Pizza was cheaply made and their very skimpy on all the Toppings.. Pizza had to be remade. The first time the guy who made the pizza put one scoop of the meat Topping on mainly one side of the Pizza. The lady manager did not appligize..
