Logans has always been a good place, Angie was our server for lunch I enjoyed her service, no nonsense approach to service, I wanted for nothing and when ask she was quick to accommodate. A relaxing atmosphere is always present at logans

I was reminded why I only go to Logan's maybe once a year, after someone gives me a birthday gift card. I wouldn't spend my actual money there.I ordered a medium rare sirloin with rice and a Cesar salad. It took 30 minutes to get my salad because the waitress completely put my order in wrong. She rang up a Medium sirloin, loaded baked potato, and rice. The steak was actually Medium WELl and so over cooked. It was inedible but I'm sure my dog enjoyed it. Was charged for the potato despite not ordering it. The rice was good.When the best thing about the entire meal is the freaking rice, you have messed up. Manager noticed I wasn't eating my steak, asked me if I wanted it redone, but I almost never send food back and really just wanted to leave at this point. So instead they discounted the meal and I literally fed the steak to my dog.Granted, I had walked in at 6:00 on a Saturday but she was so Confident in how badly she messed up my order. She literally apologized over a dozen times. I'll never eat there unless I'm using a gift card someone gave me. I so rarely have a great or even good experience.If you go, stick to the chicken tenders. It's pretty hard to screw those up.

Waitstaff was on point. Hygienic and well mannered. Food arrived very quickly and was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean and well staffed. Bathrooms not only looked cleaned but smelled cleaned. Recommend the rib and tender combo.
I recently done at this restaurant with relatives, celebrating my Uncle's birthday. We didn't get our food until 2.5 hours upon arrival and some food was under cook and other was the wrong order. The waitress was professional and courteous to everyone. The manager was helpful but it seems like the place was under staffed. Please be advised if you visit this establishment be prepared for a wait and don't order Steak or seafood.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. Was a very small piece of chicken , fries were warm but not hot and crispy. Only one slice of lettuce. Waitress never stopped by to refill drink
Delivery . Came cold , no butter , cold potato and my porter house steak was full of fat and gristle! I always got amazing orders until now ! My drink barely had ice . Am very unhappy for what I paid !

The steak was good, my husband didn't even need the A1 that he requested. The service was awesome, our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The cheesecake was good like usual. The salmon though, has made me sick for the last couple days; that's what I should expect though after getting fish at a steakhouse.
