We ordered online instead of DoorDash at 7:21pm and did not receive our food until 9:45pm. We ordered online and It said it would take 65-75 minutes, which is already a long time, and we were very patient, but when 8:56 rolled around I decided to call to see what was going on! The lady told me it would be another 15-20 minutes, but she would comp our food! Fine, until we did not receive the food until 9:45pm! The everything was dried up from sitting in their warmer for over 2 hours, so I called and told t customer service and the guy told me since they already comped the food there was nothing he could do, and I told him if they can’t do better to tell management I will be giving them a bad Google review and he said, “Thank you for choosing Mazzio’s have a good night”! This is HORRIBLE customer service!! I know there were at least 3 people working there, if not more, that could have gotten in their vehicle and brought the food before it dried up!! I will NEVER order from this location again!!

Went for the buffet. Arrived at 5:45pm. Very few customers. Couldn’t have a salad due to no lettuce. Requested lettuce twice during my visit. They put lettuce out as I was leaving. Frozen ham on salad bar. Salad bar very poorly maintained. All customers complaining how poor the service was. Employees just ignore requests and customers. This used to be a very busy Mazzio’s when it had good management and employees. I can see why they have no business now.

Mazzios was supposed to give me a $20 credit for repeated orders taking too long…. But I called the call center and that wasn’t on my account.Also corporate gave me a $8 credit through my email but the call center didn’t honor that either!

Great Pizza and the Ranch is the best ever! If all you get here is ranch, it's well worth it! This is one of the few pizza restaurants around that still actually Hand Toss their dough.

Poor and very slow service. One pizza came out entirely too greasy, and the second pizza took nearly 45 minutes to receive. It was only after we went to the counter to ask about it that we were told they had to remake it.
The night crew really made sure I was taken care of! Super happy with the staff definitely one of the best experience I've had at this establishment. Cayedon and Donne should get a raise. Awesome customer

Lady in a red management shirt was rude. I've also heard her speaking loudly about me to other employees. In a way that was demeaning to me but also to the employees. I hope next time I come in it'll be a better atmosphere than last time.

So we got our food late, and the cinnamon bully we had came without icing and he forgot to bring it out twice. Then I guess he felt it necessary to make jokes with us. Mind you, there was a minor present. And decided to make a c** joke, followed by a joke about cheating as we were leaving. So that's great.

O.....M......G......WT*?!!!!!I place a delivery order at 8:15PM from an establishment less than 2 miles away from the delivery location. I was told it would 26$ and 40 - 45 min wait for 1 pizza and 1 calzone. Finally at 10:50 pm the driver arrives with his cell phone in hand playing call of duty with cold horrible nasty food that wasn't ate and still hasn't been! Luckily the wife was tired of waiting to feed out 3 small children at 10 and went to pick up other dinner arrangements(which was walmart pizza) and 10000× better than mazzios failed attempt at providing anything other than taking my money and leaving me their trash!!!!DO NO USE THESE trash men!!!! Walmart pizza was 6.99 bigger better and awesome!Dietary restrictions: Excellent! You wont eat the trash they bring you!Kid-friendliness: Horrible!
