Customer service has really gone down. With these new kiosk and order before you come,the employees mainly focus on drive thru times and not customer service. There was no"hey, how are you or have a good day" like there was 5-10 years ago.

Oh my gosh I don’t even know where to start first I ordered 2 Big Macs 2 large fries 2 20 piece mc nuggets and 4 small sprites and this is at a window and the person at it said Jesus halfway through my order and when I got it after it was cold and had 2 hairs in it then I went to the parking lot to eat and the “manager” came up to me and kicked me out 0 stars

The crew working tonight Saturdays march 9 2024 is very unorganized and unhelping, when u order on the mobile app it takes payment on the mobile app and I’m sorry just because the crew does not want to make something thier excuse is it’s broken and they can’t make it it’s funny how I come through this McDonald’s a lot and normally around this time they can never make a dang frappe like wth seriously like get it together and then when u request a refund because they can’t make something u ordered and paid for they tell u they got it working and can make it this crew is just pathetic if u ask me and McDonald’s has had better
