Cashier screamed at me & hung up on me because I asked them to bring it out because of my broken leg. I hobbled up to the door, she met me & handed me the food & she slammed the door on me & nearly smashed the food because I was trying to get the walker moved. Food was great & it’s too bad she ruined the experience because I will NEVER go back there! Just because you own the place, you still can’t scream at disabled customers & expect them to come back or not tell everyone about you. Sad. Our red sauce was smashed & spilled all over everything in the bag.

The worst service worst people worked out that I've ever seen. No customer service restaurant was dirty. Floor with dirty when it was dirty very sad place got my wife ordered wrong.

Waited an hour and half for food that was suppose to take 45 mins, front was packed, kept answering phone than putting them on hold never answering them…maybe turn off ordering services if you can’t keep

I have been looking for a good Chinese Food Restaurant. Stop by New China one day as I was just driving by. Ordered several items. More than planned once I checked out the menu. DELICIOUS!!!! I now stop by weekly. Food tastes fresh and great customer service. You will not regret it. This is a carry out. No dining in. Better to order in advance. If you walk in there is a nice wait. But it is well worth it! They use door dash as well.

I placed an order on Saturday night. I didn't get one of my items. When I got home and realized it they were closed. When I called them back the following day, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I'll never go back. The food isn't great anyway.
