Arrived at restaurant around 1230. Three people eating in restaurant. My wife and I sat down, our son went up to order. No one in front at register for 5 minutes so moved over where back could see him, three minutes later someone finally came to take our order which was very confusing. Ater fifteen more minutes more passed I rudely asked someone how long does it take to make three sandwiches? Some lady told me they were making online orders. About 5-7 minutes later 1 sandwich came then about 2-3 minutes later the others came. Another lady came in for order, she was upset. I believe to six people were there working and no one there seem to care! By the way no one came to pick up any online orders. Have ate at this location for quite sometime with fairly good service but with the crew they had last Saturday not sure if I will go back! Pitiful and rude people.

When you ask for no tomatoes, with mustard, extra cheese and mayo.. and you get a kids amount of meat. Pay $15 somewhere else bro. Ain't got time for this no more. 3 times yall messed up the order. I kept thinking it's the time I order. NOPE.

Signage and Google says this location closes at 9. Have been there on 3 occasions where the staff closes up between 830 and 845

It's great food, expensive for what it is.The drive through is horrible once your in. There is no getting out. And it's very narrow turn-about.

I'm giving two stars because the food is decent. I ordered a new Green Goodness sandwich. The drive through lady who I never saw, talked me out of the large by telling me it was going to be $17. So I ordered a medium, with chips and a large drink. Then I told her I wanted a CINNABON. She said, "a cinnamon roll?" (At least that's what I thought she said), and I responded, "yes". Total: Twenty dollars and change. I get to the window, and not the friendliest guy running it. He hands me my food, says "Sorry about the wait", and the Cinnabon wasn't with it. He says, "Oh wait " Then hands me a small cup with a chunk of cinnamon roll stuck in it. I said, "What's that? Are they usually this small?" He said, "That's what you ordered, it's a 'Center of the Roll'." I said, "Noooo, I ordered a CINNABON." THEN, get this, he says, "Ma'am I was listening, (tapping his headpiece) and I HEARD you order it!" I said, "No. I didn't, I ordered a CINNABON." And what does he do? Does he say, "Oh, I'm sorry for the miscommunication, there's a difference in price but I I'll get you what you'd like." I would have paid it because I wanted and ordered a whole cinnamon roll. But NO. What he says is, "WOW!!!" And slams the window shut in my face. So I left. And I wasn't happy. On the way home, I stewed over it, and figured out what happened: I don't eat at Schlotzsky's. This is maybe my second time in a two year period. I didn't know there WAS such a thing as 'Center of the Roll', so when the lady who took my order said that, I thought she said 'Cinnamon Roll'. Therein lies the whole problem.SO, how about this. STOP presuming you know what someone wants based on what YOU can afford and just let them get what they ask for? I've been in sales the first twenty years of my life, you don't downsell, you upsell. Because I can pay for a $17 sandwich and a whole cinnamon roll if that's what I want! Stop downsizing the orders. Stop confusing your customers, and if you do, how about NOT arguing with them about what THEY thought they ordered when you discover there was some kind of mistake? The customer has NO say at this place, because their employees know everything, including what they think you should have from the menu. My advice? It's your twenty something dollars, but I would spend it anywhere but here. They don't deserve your time or your money.

There is not one person at this location and I walk in they don’t even know that I walk in and I’m sitting at the front counter without getting help for five minutes, so I just leave. Very incompetent people here that cannot do the very basic thing that a kid could do. Also there is no diversity in this location, explains the poor service.

Food was horrible. Lunch meat is super cheap brand. Tea was sour and they never replaced it. Will not eat here again.

I love Schlotzsky!! I have for years but every now and then...like today, not so much. I count on that crunchy sourdough bun but mine was doughy and soggy. What a bummer. I was All the way up....Then crash!

Me and my wife eat here twice a month. We always enjoy the great food, although we have had a few times that we didn't have good experiences. 1st time we had a bad experience it was involving not getting what we ordered. 2nd time was today I decided to go inside to order and ended up waiting 20 minutes to get our meal and had several people who came in after me getting their meals before me. Other than the occasional hiccup they are a good place to get a bite to eat...
