It's been long enough, fix the screen and burned out bulbs in the drive thru.It's obvious neglect from the franchisee. Makes me concerned other things inside are not taken seriously.The food from here is off tasting, but I'm not sure if Taco Bell overall is not as good anymore, or if this is just low quality location.

We ordered a #10 with a mountain dew (no ice) and a quesadilla. My wife asked the drive through attendant about the quesadilla when she received the bag, and the attendant told her it was in the bag. The drink had ice, but we let that go pretty readily, mistakes happen.We got down the road to where we were headed to find that not only did the bag not contain a quesadilla, but it also did not contain my #10 combo. Instead what we found were three bean burritos, as plain as can be.Not remotely correct. I've worked in food service, myself, so I get that mistakes happen, but this is nuts. This is why we generally go to Tacos4Life just down the road.

Ordered a steak burrito, soft shell taco and mountain dew with no ice. Got to the window and was handed a mountain dew with ice and a very small bag. I asked if the quesadilla was in the bag because it was so small and was told yes. Got to where we were going, and opened the bag to find 3 bean burritos and nothing else.

Waited in drive thru for 20 mins. Once we got to the menu to order, they informed us they were closed. We had to wait for another 15 mins to be able to get out because of the cars in front of us. It was an hour before close. So unprofessional. The manager should have sent an employee out to tell everyone at the end of the line.

If you go here, go inside if you want your order right. It's consistently wrong unless I go in. If you call to correct, yeah.... good luck getting them to answer. They don't care. They get paid. If it was one mistake I wouldn't say this. It's every time.
