I got a large teriyaki chicken bowl for lunch, it was a good amount of food for the price, and it tasted SO GOOD. The seating is not plentiful and laid out strange. My friend went to ask where my food was, and it was just sitting on the counter as they were running behind :/ Most of the meh reviews seem related to inconsistency in service, but the food I had was bomb, I'll definitely be back.

Food is great....but I did think I would have to endure Hispanic music so loud I couldn't hear my own phone call.

Ordered 2 teriyaki bowls with all veggies. Got all the way home, I don't live close, and there is only meat and noodles in the bowl. Called them and was told veggies have nothing to do with the price of the bowl instead of , " we apologize, we will take care of it on your next visit." Wow that customer service for you.

Needed a quick meal while on travel, and since Teriyaki Madness was near to my hotel, I checked it out. The meals are made fresh to order, and the ladies up front were a huge help. The steak teriyaki was outstanding, made with sides of yellow noodles and fresh, stir-fried vegetables. Recommended and with the low prices, the meal was a steal!

The service was not good. The person taking our order was most concerned with the sauce she was trying to balance then taking our order. Then when we did get our food. The rice in my order was not done.

It's decent food. The spicy teriyaki wasn't spicy at all. The flavor was good. Got an egg roll and it was not tasty and the filling was all mush. Will not get that again. The orange chicken was really good. Not overly saucy or sweet.

This place would be better if they would clean their tea cannisters. My family has eaten here a few times and everytime I tey and get some unsweetened tea and it tast terrible, like old stale tea. They should clean their cannister and nozzles. They probably don't clean their fountain drink nozzles either.

Service is super slow, and are made to feel like you are being an inconvenience as soon as you walk up to order. Not worth the unacceptable long wait either.

Very rude service I came here during lunch time and ordered and after awhile of sitting I never got my food so I had to go up and ask if they forgot about me since new people kept coming in and getting their food well before me I then asked the woman at the cash register who initially took my order and she said she didn't put my order in which is strange since she took my money then I got my food about 15 minutes after. Highly disappointed in the service here.

Oh My Goodness, I was on a date with my granddaughter and she loves any kind of "dumplings" and boy did she like Teriyaki Madness!!!! We ordered 8 and I got one bite. She even asked for another order of 8. The crispness of the veggies and the teriyaki sauce was exquisite . When we left it was with a promise to bring back Mom, Dad, Poppy and of course Grammy (me) and Izze (her). Couldn't have asked for a better date lunch. Thank you and we are coming back, it is already on the calendar for our next date lunch/dinner!Linda

Consider investing in1. Drink carriers that aren't origami napkins2. Lids that fit the cups3. Straws that are not shorter than the cup's height4. A larger space to prepare beverages5. A cleaner space to prepare beveragesI am just tired of companies cheaping out and getting the bare minimum materials.

Horrible. This is what the kitchen sent out as acceptable. Burnt egg rolls.

This place was great when it first opened. Everything tasted great and food seemed fresh. Fast forward to now, quality has gone down. Chicken isn't trimmed and kept biting into bone pieces, noodles have way too much garlic seasoning. Almost no difference between large and regular bowls. Just doesn't taste good anymore.
