Came in at 625 pm on Friday march 29th. Must have been 12-15 teenagers in there horsing around with the staff. What’s going on here? Food always good, to be fair staff is always friendly, guess this is a one off.

Delivery through the store is absolutely terrible. Worst decision you could make. I think we all know this restaurant stays busy. I understand there is usually a 30 minute or longer wait. 2 hours for a delivery. Called several times. First time we were told it was ready and already given to a driver. Second time because it said it hadn’t been picked up, it had a new driver assigned and it wasn’t ready yet. No communication, no apologies, nothing. If it was stolen say that, if you were slammed and a bus full of people came in say that. You have the time to sit and be silent on the phone with me so either way you’re wasting your time if that was the concern.Terrible handling from the manager.

Needs new employees ASAP! Service is slow , customer service is HORRIBLE. There should be no reason I have to wait for 20 minutes for a PICKUP. it should already be ready with reason being that I ordered ahead of time. PLEASE GET NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!!

DON'T BOTHER! Place was filled with people from doordash, grubhub and ubereats. 1 guy said he was there for over an hour, another lady said 2 hours. All of the employees were in the back goofing off and making jokes, trying to slap each other's hats on to the DISGUSTING floor. Manager was nowhere to be found until the last 30 seconds of me being there. Talking some nonsense about French fries being 20 minutes late. Idk how or why the place is still open, the space could be used for something MUCH BETTER. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME! (and judging by the look of the place, value your health.)Parking: There aren't many spots out front. If you dine in and a dasher pulls up they will double park and block you in.

Went there once and the food was pretty good that day.Went again tonight and waited over an hour for our food to be ready. Paid for the $4 large ranch and was given a few of their normal ranch cups which i didnt notice until i was home. The tenders were EXTREMELY greasy (im talking grease covering the entire bottom of the container). Made me want to vomit. Staff was very obnoxious being loud and cussing. As i was waiting all i heard was other people saying they were missing things from their orders. 0/10 go to a different location. Hopefully another one is better than this

Very nasty. Just everything was, I’m all for equal work opportunities, but you need to be literate to work. And they are not, ( I’m assuming, because everytime I’ve tired to give them the benefit of the doubt they mess up) will not be back.

I don't know how but I ordered boneless wings, and they neglected to read the screen as always and I got bone in wings. What are you guys going to learn to read? Drove 20 minutes home to find I got the wrong order due to workers negligence.

Absolutely the worst service I have recieved in fast food... ever. I was really excited to try this place, as I had only had wing stop (albeit from a different location) one other time. So we go to order dine in, and there was already several people in the lobby waiting for food. The cashier tells me it would be about 35-40 minutes before we get our food, so I tell her that was OK because I could clearly tell they were slammed.I order my food, and checked my receipt, and it was time stamped at 5:45 pm. While I was waiting there were dozens of people that came in to pick up orders that had been ordered online, and also several door dashers to pick up orders. So I continue to wait patiently.Long story short, I didn't get my food till 7:00 pm. I had my two young children with me, so you can imagine how upset they were with having to wait for the food. Once I finally got my food, it was bagged up in a to-go bag. I asked why it wasn't prepared as dine in like I had ordered it, and the cashier responds with "we don't have time for dine in". Really? It takes more time to put it in a bag. Whatever. There was no apology for the wait. Employees just seemed to not care.While waiting, I spoke to several other customers waiting, and found out there was a lot of other orders that were over an hour waiting to be fulfilled.There was only one cashier going back and forth, the one young man bagging orders looked like he was high on weed (and was slurring his words). It was just overall a very unprofessional and poorly organized workplace.Don't get me wrong, the food was on point, once I finally got it. But don't tell me it will be 35-40 minutes of a wait, and then not fulfill my order for more than an hour and 15 minutes. That's a huge difference of more than double the amount of time.I would give this location less than 1 star if it were possible. I will never be back to this location.
