First time going to Buffalo wild wings in Moore. Ordered 10 wings and 1 order of fries. Ordered at 11:04 a.m. was told mine was the second order. Didn't receive my order , to go order, until 11:28! Employee had to get the manager involved just to get it expedited! It was wings and fries. Isn't that what you do everyday? Last time going to Buffalo wild wings in Moore.

This location smells like stale oil for some reason. Maybe they need to clean their fryers. We had a great server, and the food was okay. It took a while to get our food despite not being busy, but overall, it was not the best experience at this location.

It sucks that I had to drive five hours to get to a good Buffalo Wild Wings. The locations in my home town is no where near this restaurant!

Got 20 ct of boneless wings. When we opened the order we found a Rubber O-Ring stuck in the wings . Called and spoke with manager and she said she would call back. 20 minutes later she called and said it was a O-Ring from their sauce Pump and she would refund the order and the Upper Manager would call me the next day . It’s been now 48 hours and No call back. I called the location and spoke with the same manager and she said to hold on she’s finding my info and she hung up.

Very bad experience, we were waiting for 30 minutes and no one attended to us. While we were waiting the waiters were just walking and no one approached us.We had to leave as we were being ignored. When we were about to leave they started laughing and making jokes.

I like the atmosphere here it’s not too busy (other than game days). I always place a take out order and it’s always ready by the time I get there.Give Gabe a raise every time I come he helps. I asked for help and a girl told me she was clocked out. Gabe was quick to help.

We visit this location regularly and the food/service is great. We typically order pickup and the food is prepared correctly and on time. We recently had a problem at the location, but the general manager was quick to rectify the issue and make sure we were taken care of.

Bypass this location! I’m not a picky dude but I’ve ordered here twice and both times the order was wrong. Beware they will not sauce child’s meals. Go elsewhere, it will be worth the drive.

Ordered to go was told it would be ready by 6 only to get my order at 6:11. Get home to find that I’m missing the celery and ranch we ordered. Idk what the point of paying To Go associate’s when they don’t do quality checks, just hand you the food late and stand around and talk the whole time. I assume they feel entitled to a tip but heavily need to reevaluate their work ethic by doing quality checks & making sure food is handed out in an appropriate time before expecting a tip.
