If I could give a 0 I would...first girl in drive thru was picking at her fingers then tried to make my drink....then I get a manager Paige and they laugh...I pull up so I can get my food it's not right even though girl said it was..mind you I go through the drive thru because I don't want to get out my car but for me to get my burgers fixed.Paige tells me if I want them fixed I need to come in..l go in only to be made a fool of. Paige goes to cooks loudly telling I need my burgers fixed. So I go over and tell Paige don't just put the right cheese on my old burgers but I wanted fresh. I go sit back in my car and wait for someone else to bring me my food. I work in the food buiness I understand u want to go home at 9pm not 10pm when u close.

This Freddy’s sabotaged my burger. They put so much salt in it that it was unbearable to eat and I had to spit the first bite out. I didn’t know if I was crazy so I had my fiancé try it who got it for me. We definitely can see they did it on purpose. Reason being he did get the order in two minutes before closing. If they weren’t going to at least make it right they should have not took the order. I usually dont mind being turned away if they’re about to close and of course the fries were cold. But everything would have been fine if they didn’t drench the thing in salt and waste our money.

Went through drive thru today and got a #2 meal. Got home and was in the middle of eating my fries when I decided to start eating the burger, but then I noticed a hair in the burger and immediately lost my appetite. I then remembered why I hadn't gone here in a while, because me and my family got sick last time we came by.The drive thru and inside weren't busy, but yet all of the teen workers there were huddled around together like they were up to something. Definitely unsettling. I won't be back to this location.

I was driving down from kc to get back to Dallas. Thought I’d stop by a Freddy’s and get a chili dog and a burger.It was super easy to hop off I-35 and hop back on my way. The ladies were super friendly and the food cam hot and fast. This is a good location if you’re on the go.

I brought several high school boys after a state tournament for a quick bite. The team at Freddy's was incredibly kind, fast, and didn't seem even a little bothered by the swarm of students that came up to order. I think his name was Zach, but he handled our transaction (which was a little complicated due to school funds) without a complaint and was genuinely interested in our reasoning for celebration. This location is by far the epitome of fantastic customer service and delicious food. If we're in the area, we'll be coming back!

Great place with delicious food. Had the California single style, onion rings with chocolate malt. ? LOVE IT❣️
Walked into the store and waited for service. They were busy so I took not being greeted in stride and waited patiently for one of the two men behind the counter to acknowledge me. After a few minutes another couple walked in and walked up to the counter and were immediately greeted and helped while my friend and I were left standing at the counter. I don't like to make a fuss, but that was just rude causing us to leave.

This location sucks. Once again my $6+ ice cream is barely a third full. Has three banana slices. Half melted. This is ridiculous for the price. The service already sucks and I'm not going to risk them spitting in my food for complaining. I could have got more ice cream and more toppings and ice cream that wasn't half melted at McDonald's and only spent $2.
