This was my experience at this restaurant. My server, Ian, was nice to me and gave me great service. He guided me through my first time with KBBQ and gave a great experience. Because of him, I would like to go back.
Overall experience was not good. No direction on what to do from staff, our drinks never got filled. We were never offered sauces and spent a majority of our time looking for our waiter. The food was good but overall experience was not.
