Louie's is a great place ... we hadn't been to the one in Moore in a while, so we met some friends from OKC there since it was half way. Sorry Louie's, but the food was terrible !! My wife got the fish n chips and it was soaked in grease, she didn't even eat a full piece of it. I got the quesadilla ... it was extremely greasy too, but I was 4 Yuenglings in, so I ate it anyway. We expect better from Louie's.

My family and I visited this Louie's location last week to celebrate our autistic son's 10th birthday. He has made it very clear for the past 4 months that this was his only wish for his big special day. "Louie's Louie's Louies!" He would shout and plead. It nearly drove wifey mad. All of this to say he was *beyond* excited for this rowdy rumpus rendezvous. When we arrived, the young girl at the counter didn't bother looking up from her phone. It took wifey a stern "Excuse me?" after waiting a few minutes for her to finally acknowledge us. She didn't smile, welcome us in, or even apologize for the wait. We brushed it off as just angsty teenager behavior, took our seats, and proceeded onwards, adamant on making our little boy's 10th year on earth not one soon to be forgotten. The tables that were actually available (very few) were filthy, sticky, and the food attendants were unenthusiastic and cold. The floor looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in centuries, and the table side all you can eat guacamole was a bacteria brigade; food-poisoning just waiting to happen! After only 1 hour at this Louie's location my son was begging to leave, nearly in tears. I considered speaking with the manager and wifey made me realize it's not even worth the effort, staff doesn't give a hoot! My special little man's day was utterly soiled. If you're looking for more of a "Rotten Ruckus" and less of a "Ravishing Rumpus", then this is the spot for you! All in all this was a horrendous, traumatic experience and you've just lost my entire family's business. Good riddance, Louie You used to have one of the greatest family fun businesses in Moore but it all comes down to making a quick buck with these corporations.

I took my 3 grandkids tonight and requested they sit separate from me. The host took awhile to understand that but we were finally settled, I sat across the way from the kids within eyesight. There is a reason I didn't sit with them. My younger grandson told me he overheard one of your male staff state "she should sit with them". No one ever spoke to me with concerns. I explained to the female server, who covered both our tables, and she didn't indicate there was a problem. The restaurant was less than 50%full. The kids kept to themselves. I don't understand why this would be viewed as an issue. I spent $80 for our dinners. We're going to make this a regular event. Tell me why we should go to your restaurant?

Louie’s is pretty good at take-away, which is how I tend to eat their food. The atmosphere is definitely what lots of people are after — but not what I’m after. The food, however, is pretty good and there are options for virtually anybody.If you are interested in take-away, know that this location has a special entrance just for you. You don’t have to wait with dine-in folks while your food gets cold. Just go in the special entrance, go up to the counter, and bob’s your uncle.

Went here to have some grub with the wife. We are doing low ish carb so I had the cauliflower crust pizza. It was amazing. Just wish our server came around more than once every 15 minutes.
