I found out my child has an wheat allergy. I found this pizza place and the make cauliflower crust and thought great ill start buying food here but when I placed an order for pickup 15-20 minutes before closing for a small pizza and a large they canceled my order so I called and the response was well were closing soon that was after almost 10 minutes went by when they canceled it. Total bs and completely lazy workers. This use to be all American pizza and they were amazing and took orders at any time didnt matter. But not okie so they have lost all business from me and my family.

Worst calzone place ever.. ordered a Lrg calzone and got a small size calzone in a small box.. then on the phone asked the price and they said 11.37 and when i get there they charge me 12.37.. and the worst part of all i get home and my wife tells me that the calzone isnt cooked all the way... so now it ruined our food and appetite torn the rest of the bread to show inside the dough still not cooked. DONT go here they dont care much.

Bro you guys have GOT to do better. Seriously. I ordered a large chicken Alfredo pizza. And a youngblood calzone. When I get there, a guy comes out and says they made your calzone wrong and we’re gonna remake it. No big deal. It’s $28.50 or something. Gave him $30 said just keep the change don’t worry about it man. I get home and the calzone is right, and the pizza is a sausage and mushroom pizza. This happens constantly man I just never really complain about it. I love your pizza but please train the guys better or put someone there who is overseeing it all.

I am a pizza lover!!!!But, When the All American/The pizza shop sold to Okie pizza they changed the toppings to a different brand or something. Raised the prices. I quit going there for a couple of months and today I decided to try them again. Bad choice. The pizza is terrible!!! I will not be back. I Only ate 2 slices of the pizza. Threw the rest in the trash.

I love this place. I havent eaten pizza from any other pizza place since I found this place when it was called All American Pizza. Today I ordered what I order each time I order which was a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, a large pepperoni pizza and 12 original hot wings. 32+ dollars. Was told to give them 20-25 minutes. I pulled up exactly 24 minites later at the door. Called and they brought pizza out and I paid and went home.The pepperoni pizza was nice and hot. Fresh. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was the worst . the pizza was dry as if it was cooked 5 hrs before. The cheese was very dry and tough. Had exactly 20 pcs. Of chicken on it and had bacon dust on it. No sauces hardly at all. Really disappointed this time.

It replaced my old cheap pizza joint. It's higher quality at a slightly higher price. They split a large specialty, and got the modifications right. I will go back.
Great pizza, large menu with unique items at a good price! Convenient location, easy and fast in and out! We will definitely order again!

Ordered a thin crust pizza to carryout. The address showed OKC but was in Moore. Pizza crust was burnt, couldn't eat. Cashier was nice. Predict the business will be closing before long. Like Peter Piping Pizza in Del City. Not a good product. To the owner. The pizza crust was so burnt, that it wasn't suitable to eat. Google 'Okie Pizza' 2 come up. One in Moore and one in Oklahoma City. Frozen pizza is better than the topping you are using. Truth hurts.

I just received the most horrible service at the Moore location on Santa Fe! I called in to inform the employees that my pizza barely had any pineapple on it (1-2 small diced pineapples per slice). The associate asked me to come back and get another pizza. I arrive only to find out “the policy changed” and they would not be able to offer me another pizza. They offered me some cheese sticks or a 10% discount. All of the associates were very unapologetic and didn’t even offer an apology for having me drive back to the store due to the employee being misinformed about the policy. I have used this location for years. As soon as the ownership changed their customer service started on a downward spiral. I will not be doing business with The Pizza Shop going forward. Top five worst customer service experience ever.

Hot to the pickup 10 minutes early and my pizza was sitting on the rack already. When I got home the pizza was already cool, the crust was burnt and thin which I didn’t order thin crust. The pizza looked pretty greasy. Also, beware when you pay with a credit card they add an additional fee. When I called they said 20 minutes to replace the order. I asked him about my pizza sitting on the shelf waiting when I got there and he didn’t have an answer so I decided to just go straight there. When I got there they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about when I had just got off the phone with them. I had to ask for them to remake my cheese bread since it was super thin, extra crunchy and already cold. I would not recommend this place. You can get the same so-so service and better quality pizza and bread sticks at Little Cesars for less.
