The General manager is doing an excellent job of keeping the story clean and the atmosphere pleasant. Food is correctly made each time and customer service is friendly and responsive. Probably the best fast food place in Muskogee.

They are getting better then before except for the pricing is ridiculous. Corporate Arby's has not been listening to Mom when she said" money don't grow on tree's" because if you want to eat the same food that was a little pricey before for us poor folk (except on Refund month) Then you better have a trust fund to eat there now or at least remember to bring COUPONS!!

Handicap parking where it should be!Thank you.I'm glad you don't put me out by the dumpsters and having to walk through drive through line like Tahlequah oklahoma Arby's does...Dietary restrictions: Thank you for working with me on the fact that I am gluten intolerant.Parking: Handicap parking is truly for handicapped.Unlike the arby's in Tahlequah, oklahoma where you have to park next to the trash long walk from entrance through the drive thru traffic.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent

Nasty! The food, service, and all around experience was horrid! We looked online for a place in Muskogee that had a decent star rating, as we are not from here, and found that every fast food restaurant has less than a 4 star review ?. We are from Indianapolis, IN where service isn’t that great and it is hit or miss on food. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from here after seeing Arby’s was the only fast food restaurant with a 3.5 star rating. The lady at the drive through window was hideous, honestly she needs to pick a different profession and work on people skills. The food came to $50, now spending that amount I expect an OK experience and edible food. What we got was an attitude and cold, inedible food. Even had to toss my husbands drink out because there was long black hair in the drink, hanging out of the cup. I couldn’t finish my sandwich due to the bread being hard and no Arby’s sauce on the meat. Yuck, never again will we stop in Muskogee to eat ?
