My experience was a 10 out of 10 I haven’t had a better burger in my life the staff was amazing and the restaurant was the cleanest place I have ever been I would eat off of the floor it was so clean. I’m going to be recommending everyone that I know to come here. My food was fresh and came out very quick. The fries were by far the best fries I have ever had I love the thin string fries that they offer and the seasoning was amazing. After my burger and fries. I ordered some of their famous custard and I have to say… I can definitely see why they are known for the best custard and burgers. Perfect consistency and amazing flavor. I recommend the peanut butter cup banana custard it was very tasty. If anyone is in the area I recommend coming here. My wife and I enjoy every aspect of this restaurant. We are retired and travel the country now and this was definitely the best experience we have had in the past few years. I would drive 100s of miles just to come to this specific Freddy’s. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Can’t wait to come back through the area and eat here again!!!

Ordered a patty melt it’s supposed to have two steak burger patties. It only had one and just a piece small piece of one. I went ahead and ate it (I never send food back, for obvious reasons). When went to cashier to complain she said “ you can just go tell them over there”. I said no, we’ll just not be back. The young lady should’ve gotten the manager to listen to my complaint. Instead, she trying to push it off for someone else to handle. Their food’s not good enough for me to give them another chance. You can get a much better burger at Braums anyway.

They were rude we asked for sauce and practically threw out of the window they were out of everything no chicken tenders and no Dr Pepper or coke or sweet tea and when we got our food it was cold!!
