Sign on the door says the lobby is open until 10. I stopped at 9pm and the doors were locked. I couldn't go through the drive thru with my truck and trailer. Thanks for continuing to disappoint.

The cashier gave our food to the wrong driver and then took it back from him when we pulled. The cashier gave us the food she took from the other customer, it was our order but it was very un sanitary and I just threw it away and went to a different McDonald’s and ordered again.

I thought i'll and grab a quick bite but store is only accessible from the west side of hwy, very enconvenant, Lobby was under construction so had to go thru drive thru, Got the order had to back up to get parking. Finished biscut egg. sausage still thursty, walked up to drive thru window asked for refill on drink and they would not do that.
Any business is only as good as the employee's. They were not costomer friendly. (Really)

If you can’t do a order correctly the get out of fast food it’s McDonald’s not that difficult to do even the manager got my order wrong the second go around and one of the employees that was on her phone asked if this is correct yall lost my business for good

I think the points and rewards is an excellent way to get business but when the employees don't get your order right repeatedly and don't have any regard to their performance and service makes it not worth the time . This location is just a couple blocks from where I work and stop most mornings and 8 out of ten times my order is wrong or quality is not good .
Kid play area smelled horrible. Ketchup was all over the trash cans, floor, and table. AND dried (which means it's been there awhile!) My boys loved the light up table though. And were very excited to see to electronic pogo stick until they tried it and found out IT DID NOT WORK :(My youngest son was not given his apple juice box with his happy meal and we had to go back and ask for it- only to be given a dirty look and no apology! Shame on you McDonalds for raising your prices and lowering your standards!
