Everyday I ask for the same order and every time they mess it up. I ask for cheese sausage McGriddles and I never have gotten cheese on it once. I’ve tried calling to report the issue, but no one answers. I’m completely fed up with this McDonald’s. I love y’all but get your stuff

My order took an oddly long time at drive thru, after I had pulled up and waited for a while I went in to check. The manager spoke to me right away. I didn't even have to ask for her. She apologized, updated me on my order, gave me extra fries and brought the food out herself. I could choose to be upset about the long wait, but I am way too impressed by how this manager handled the situation.

I get my coffee from McDonald's every morning, for some reason, this location can never have its espresso machine, Clean and ready in the morning. WHEN COFFEE IS MOST IMPORTANT. "Sorry sir it needs to be cleaned", I hear every morning. Please have your manager, plan, schedule, and prioritize tasks to be done at a certain time. McDonald's need to open with everything ready for the customers, especially coffee

Messed up on my order twice, and instead of offering to give me my money back in cash, was told since I paid with a debit card that that is the way it had to be refunded, but you messed up my order, this happened on 12/12/ 23 and I still don't have my refund. I always have some issue with this location, but never said anything, pay with cash just in case they mess your order up and you ask for your money back.

Good food,bad prepared, slow on service cause the chit chat, and when you get damages to food they want it back instead of making a new one and saying keep it we just throw it away anyways and there ice cream machines are always broke but they are really cheap and have some great deals on
It's what one would expect from a fast food restaurant. The flavor is good but the prices have increased tremendously. You get a better product for a better price from Braums. Also the the two drive through lines does nothing but increase your wait
