“My order took an oddly long time at drive thru, after I had pulled up and waited for a while I went in to check. The manager spoke to me right away. I didn't even have to ask for her. She apologized, updated me on my order, gave me extra fries and brought the food out herself. I could choose to be upset about the long wait, but I am way too impressed by how this manager handled the situation.“
“It was pretty normal. I thought they were slower than they should be for how many cars were there, & I didn't feel great after eating the double cheeseburgers...not sure if that was their fault or not, so not putting low stars on my review. Service was fine. Just another customer to get through the line as fast as possible.“
“There’s a lady there that works in the mornings her name is Queen she is the sweetest staff I had my breakfast sandwich all wrong made and she took my sandwich and remade it for me in a professional manner and apologize to me for the mistake get more people like this in y’all’s restaurant that actually care for customers“
