For a nationally recognized chain, it is not bad. But I do love the fact I can get specific in my meal ordering, and if there is a problem, they will contact me to come up with a solution on the spot. Since my hubby and I do a lot of takeout, we tend to notice the parking lot more than the inside.On those rare occasions, we do see the inside,it is usually well kept up. The staff at our favorite location has always treated us with kindness and respect. In this day and age, those two things go a long way and are appreciated.

Placed my order 30 minutes before closing and showed up 2 minutes before closing because I was following truck going 20 in a 35 for what felt like forever but anyways my sandwiches were ready and the lady was very polite even though I showed up super late. I put double meat and actually got it for once and the sandwiches were extremely good. She also wrote what the sandwich was on the wrapper because I had 3 which was awesome. New favorite location in Muskogee!

They don’t know how to make sandwiches the people that were working were pretty gross and didn’t know how to use the register my sandwich was falling apart because they made it wrong all the way around this place just wanted

Placed an order on the app, then arrived at the location a bit after the suggested time. At the time of writing this, it has been over an hour since that order was placed. Waited for about 20 minutes in the express pickup line just to be told my order has had zero progress. Typically I wouldn't order at this Subway, but it's close to my job and I was ordering for both me and my coworker.

Will stop going to local Subways for awhile. One had cussind employees,so I walked out. One I have seen twice throw attitudes toward black people,but still served them. We will try later to see if things have changed.Until then my family and I will stick to them ones in Tulsa.

Was just refused service because I ordered without bread.I am diabetic and cannot eat carbs, just wanted the insides of the sandwich but was told it couldn't be done!Preposterous!!!!!I will never walk through that door again anywhere!
