Went in to order, was addressed with “yal gunna have to hang on.”Then proceeded to finish the other customers sandwich, came back and started making online orders while me and a buddy just stand there awkwardly. 7 mins or so our order still hadn’t been taken. Went to braums out front. At least they took our order.

Ordered ahead. Took thirty additional minutes after the app said it would be ready. I feel for the doordasher ahead of me who also had a ridiculous wait time. I ordered ahead specifically because i didn't feel up to waiting... Additionally they were out of jalapeño bread and when informed of their solution (to toast cheese and jalapeño to the outside) i told them i did not want that they ignored my request and it turned out as disappointing as you might expect.I wont be ordering from this location again. The "sandwich artists" were complaining the entire time about how they are understaffed and have a hard time getting people to show up on time, which i feel for them as well, i just wanted my subs and to go home.

I ordered a meatball sub plain online along with a plain cheesesteak sub I received the meatball sub with no meatballs and a cold cheesesteak sub! This place is ridiculous and completely unacceptable!

Felt rushed had my sandwich sneezed on made wrong twice after the third sandwich I threw it in the trash worst subway in Oklahoma two thumbs
Stopped by for lunch today and it was very clean and super friendly people… Will be back next time in Muskogee…

The girls and gentlemen that work during the day that I went are super courteous friendly and most help subway I been too in awhile it a little farther than the regular one I use but well worth the extra 2 mile drive to get the most outstanding service from this location be getting my subs from here now on

WORST subway EVER. I placed an order online 30 mins prior to pick up, when i arrived there was 1 customer in the store. I asked the guy to cancel the order, instead it shows as picked up. I called to ask him to please cancel the order, he hung up on me. I will continue to reach out to management to get my money back and i will NEVER use this subway again.

Horrible service. Lobby full plus online orders and the woman chose to smoke right outside the front entrance instead of helping guest.

Once I did a pick up order and I received a cold cut sandwich with no meat. Another time I ordered a subway melt and the bread was not toasted, again pick up order. If I eat in it's just fine but usually long lines around lunch. I
