Made 2 of the same sandwich on different bread. We ordered 1 turkey & ham sub & 1 ham sub. Received 2 ham subs. They didn't read the instructions. I guess I'm going to have to change my sub so this doesn't happen again. No teriyaki sauce included.

I like to use the app to preorder food cause I have a short lunch break and I swear this store screws it up or can't figure out where it's at at least half the time. They act like they don't want to make eye contact with you when you're standing wasting your lunch break. I guess it's my fault for giving them more opportunities than I should've but I didn't think it would be that difficult for them.

If you frequent Subway, you know there are the decent Subways and the tolerable Subways. This is one of the real good ones. Staff are always cool and keep the place clean.
BE CAREFUL & SPECIFIC at this location!!!!!I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch and the server automatically thought I wanted the rotisserie chicken and put it on my sandwich. When I questioned the meat the server said that is what comes on the sandwich. The server NEVER gave me the option to change to the white chicken breast chunks (which is what I wanted). The server just kept piling on the rest of the ingredients, NEVER making sure that is what I wanted. Now my sandwich tastes bad (not what I like) and my stomach is turning (I will NOT be eating my other sandwich). ALL of the other Subway's I have gone to make sure I get the chicken I want before adding anything else.I like my entire sandwich microwaved. The server put BOTH of my sandwiches in the microwave at the same time and my bacon didn't get heated up properly, like it does when the server puts one sandwich in at a time.The atmosphere is very clean.The service is what is poor. The server didn't ask which meat I wanted since there are at least 3 different kinds of chicken (rotisserie chunks, chicken breast chunks, and sweet onion teriyaki chunks).YEP, I ended up getting sick from the chicken and poorly heated bacon.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable optionsDietary restrictions: Low calorie optionsParking: Lots of spacesKid-friendliness: It's subway they always welcome kidsWheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible.
sandwich was so bad i wrote this in the middle of eating it.super stingy with all of their ingredients.used to like this location, but it’s gone downhill.last few times i’ve placed mobile orders - they’ve either given me way too much of something that i put as “ less “ OR they hardly give you anything.i guess back to the old days of having to stare them straight in the face while they make my food. :|also : they end up getting mobile orders wrong & add ingredients i didn’t ask for / cant eat due to allergies.very defensive whenever you call & tell them that they put cheese on a sandwich for a lactose intolerant person.i’m choking down this dry sandwich that was marked as having more ranch & extra pickles. there’s only one good subway left in muskogee & it’s the one by taco bell. don’t come here.Dietary restrictions: they don’t read when you say no cheese

It wasn't but one customer in the store when i walked in i was the second. They were having issues with the computer , after the situation was fixed the first customer left. My order was made and i was waiting. The cashier walked off and started helping someone else. Poor service to me. Because i was on my way to work. Don't think i will go back no time soon.
