Opens at 8 am. At 9:09, still closed, employee checks her phone, unlocks the door and walks away. Apparently no one cleaned before closing. Tables were dirty, bathrooms were dirty, restaurant in general was dirty. We ordered breakfast, no food cooked yet. I realize getting good employees is difficult these days but c'mon, Taco Bell, you can do better.Vegetarian options: Goodwhen youdont have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook your meal.
20230919T155 - I arrived and put my mobile order in at 3:55 PM. I used the restroom which was disgusting, and the toilet paper dispenser was empty, with a roll of toilet paper on the stability bar behind the toilet. The sign that says employees have the extra time to check the restrooms every 30 minutes made me laugh, as this was clearly not happening.
