Cute 50s-style diner. We were recognized when we walked in and instructed to sit wherever we like. I got the JJ burger (comes with jalapeños) and she got the old fashioned burger. The server mixed up our orders, so i bit into pickles - which is absolutely disgusting! I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth afterward. I also didn't like the "per item" menu. There is no "combo with fries and/or a drink"; everything is bought separately. The pricing sneaks up on ya then. She charged us for tater tots that i didn't order, but i got them. Additionally, we ordered the "potato skins". They aren't potato skins though. They're just potato petals (think Longhorn Steakhouse onion petals). Most places serve the sauce/topping on the side, but these guys put it on top. This is my fault for not asking as it clearly states the sauce on the menu. So i couldn't eat these.BUT the flavor of the JJ burger and the tater tots were amazing! Even after pickle breath!

We had family in town from out of state last week and I’ve always had great luck at the Boomerang in Eufaula so we chose this one for dinner. They kept forgetting one of our orders and the waitress got mad when we canceled it and avoided us the rest of the time we were there. Tried again today and another long wait with missing food we had to ask for. Waitress went missing for a long while too. I’m done with this location. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was because of the food.
Nothing worse than your server forgetting about you multiple times. Yall don’t have enough tables to keep overlooking your guests. Never received a few items and had to go searching for a server. 2nd bad experience in a row so we won’t be back.

It has been 8 years since I’ve been here. Inside, the store is well lit and clean. They have updated the seating and the decor. It wasn’t very busy and the atmosphere was great. The waitress did an awesome job and didn’t annoy us like some do at other restaurants. The food was fresh and tasted great. I HIGHLY recommend the KV burger they have. My son loved his burger and mashed potatoes. Will definitely be back again.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu

Had to remind them of 2 fried pies.I ordered cheese tots. Got no cheese. No ranch dressing or sauce for shrimp. Didn't get the side order of mp&g. Also it's time to change the grease in fryer. Okra and tots had a strange taste.
