I came in to get a pizza on Tuesday and I was trying to find my email special and to do their said we have a Tuesday special that you will really like and he told me about it and it was such good pizza we haven't had that good of a pizza for years. He was a manager by the way I can't remember his name at the moment. I will recommend this pizzeria to anyone that loves pizza

Do not order the Philly cheese steak pizza from here. Last two times I got it from this location my pizzas had absolutely ZERO meat on any of them. I literally picked them apart just to be sure. Didn't know it was a vegetarian pizza. It was loaded with veggies!

I ordered my medium Supreme pizza at 6:28 for delivery asap. I kept checking the marcos app and it said the pizza was on it's way at 7:16! However it was not picked up until 7:39 and didn't get here until 8:00! .... by the time it arrived it was cold, soggy and greasy! Worst experience ever in getting a pizza delivered! .... I was a loyal fan, Not anymore, I will find a new favorite pizza place , I had to add a star to post review, if I could have it would be negative 1 star!!!!!

Good Pizza for a fair price. Raised in the Northeast where there is the best pizza in the world. But Marcos beats any other chain by far! The Pepperoni Magnifico is a fine pie!

Ron, the GM was such a very outgoing guy. Did not hesitate to answer my questions/ concerns for being my 1st time trying out Marco’s pizza! Their prices are very reasonable and by far very tasty! Def will come back again.

Ordered from this location a few weeks ago and the order was late, the email notification said my pizza was delivered and then 30 minutes later a door dash driver showed up with my order not in the insulated carrier, pizza wasn't hot but not cold either. Tried again tonight and an hour and a half later the pizza shows up again with door dash and not in a carrier and cold this time. Called the store and after several minutes someone finally answered and when they were asked for a manager there was confusion and put on hold again. Finally talked with a manager and eventually got a refund. Using a 3rd party for deliveries is a surefire way to introduce poor service and products. Don't waste your time and effort with this location unless you want to get it yourself.

Update: the manager and regional manager worked to make our order right and brought fresh, hot pizzas to our home and rescued our son’s birthday party just in time. They also comp’d our meal. Despite our frustrations, we’re pleased that Marco’s took care of us.So disappointed in this restaurant. This is my favorite pizza place, but they can’t seem to track orders and recently their reliability with delivering on-time has fallen off. When I spoke to the manager, he said “it doesn’t matter what the app says, I can’t guarantee a time for delivery.” At this point, only order if you’re picking up your pizza, otherwise don’t waste your time with Marco’s… they’ve lost site of how to take care of their customers.
