The store is always clean, the service is always friendly and fast, and the store is always clean. I had my 2 year old granddaughter with me and she asks everyone who will listen a million questions and all of the staff that walked by were very friendly and patient with her and answered all the questions that could be understood.

We had a great experience tonight placing a call in order, Vincent was very professional and sweet over the phone taking my order and in person! He was working the drive-thru headset, the cashier and pick up calls! I worked in a panera for years and know the work that goes into multi-tasking! He even gave us some free Cinnabons they couldn't sell since it was close to closing. 10/10 Thank you!

This location was clean and appeared well maintained. Service was good. The aromas of pizza, chicken and baking bread filled the air!! Yum! The chicken avocado pizza was hot, full of robust flavors from the red pepper and chipotle sauce that you see swirled across the top. Presentation was nice. That was the win in our lunch choices. We decided on chocolate chip cookie for our sweet treat and both had splotches of white frosting from the Cinnabons. Ugh. Looked like someone touched the Cinnabon then transferred to the cookies. I ordered the Greek salad. There were many wilted pieces of lettuce. The lack of freshness in the greens and transfer of frosting were off putting for me.

Ordered a #6 (Bacon Smokecheesey) in the drivethrough, received a #1. Which, wouldn't be an issue if there was an extreme dislike of olives. This also has not been the first time they have gotten an order wrong (modifications missed, wrong size, etc). Please work on this, I enjoy the food when it is correct, which sadly hasn't been so in a while.Please, either increase your volume on the speaker or make sure your employees can hear correctly.

The salad had slimy lettuce, large end pieces of the lettuce that should have been thrown away, and the Cobb salad had the tiniest pieces of egg, no bacon pieces were noticeable, and the avocado doesn't go well with feta cheese. Don't order the salads.

The 2 guys that were working the counter had zero people skills and a total lack of give a care. Horrible choice of management to put them In Front of the customers as the first contact to represent the business. And it wasn’t just me, the 3 customers after me were just as taken back by the lack of customer service.
