The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. They are all about getting your order out as fast as they can without making sure the order is correct or that they fulfill any other requests such as condiments or anything else. It's hard to communicate with the employees bc some of them don't speak English which makes it extremely difficult to get your order correct. I'm always disappointed at the quality of my order when I come to this establishment

Just shut it down at this point good grief.The order is always wrong.Ordered 2 large combos, received 2 medium drinks, one large fry, and one medium. Ordered the double quarter pounder with no onions, received a single quarter pounder with onions. Got charged for everything. Tried to call in about it, they hung up on me AND TURNED THE PHONE OFF. trash.
