The new bk melt was ok, the fries were warm, but the overnight manager, some guy that wanted to go smoke rather than take any orders, explained to me after asking what was good, he said "there's absolutely nothing that tastes good here... So what do ya want?" I ordered and he and his girlfriend went outside to go smoke and the employee inside handed out the food and was way nicer than the manager. If I was getting paid $17/hr, I would appear like I liked my job or go find another one. By far the worst experience in riverwind.

We ordered food at this Burger King a few months ago and they REFUSED to put the tomatoes from my sandwich on the side (because I am allergic to tomatoes and my wife will eat them). Tonight we went back to the same burger king and asked to have something else put on the side due to an allergy and again they REFUSED stating "we don't have a container to put the tomatoes in" and stating "I remember you guys from last time." We then asked if they can just wrap it up in the same paper they put the burgers in or in fry box and were told "no". I guess this Burger King run by and represented by the Chickasaw Nation doesn't follow the Burger King's motto "Have it your way." I will never eat at this Burger King again when we stay at the Riverwind Hotel and Casino.Dietary restrictions: They will not accommodate allergy restrictions.

I went to get food from this location and talked to Chris. It looked like he was the only one there and took care of everything. It got busy once my order was made, but this guy is the real deal. He is all over the place helping customers and making food at the same time. This is a casino location, but Chris was very dedicated to make sure every order was perfect.

Order accuracy is horrible. I made a mobile order. Instead of the "impossible" whopper, they gave me a regular whopper, which I noticed after coming backnto my car (passing through the entire casino). Also, the ice-cream cone was missing from the order.
Unfortunately, I love their burgers and fries. Always good quality on sw 119th and Western in Okc.

There is only 2 people in the whole store. We got our prder after about 15 minutes and we were missing items. Honestly just disappointed in management skills.

As Always a Great Flame Broiled Burger at a Reasonable price, and to top it all off you can have it your way ?. This location is on point as it should always be especially when competing for business in a Casino.
