My experience today at the Chick-fil-A in Norman Mall was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A in over 20+ years they were not willing to make my food right because the lady said she didn’t hear me. Her name is Shea and she is the absolute worst person I’ve ever encountered in the service industry shame on you Chick-fil-A.

Seems like nuggets are getting smaller.Not worth the money.Ordered chicken sandwich as well as my granddaughter and both looked much smaller as well and they were over cooked as well.Probably won't be back anytime soon.

Went last weekend and received terrible service. Got there and they said they gave my order to someone in drive through and didn’t make another order right away instead made me wait another 20 minutes. Employee actually said she didn’t do it but would find out what happened. That never happened so I called corporate and someone was supposed to get back with me from the store and still hasn’t. I know there busy but customer service is still needed and they did nothing to right the wrong. Wondering if I need to call again.

I called to place a large order because on the app it will not let you order more than $200. I called at 12:30 and wanted to pick up at 2:30 but was told by the manager they could not take my order or have it ready by 2:30. They were too busy!

The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Got 3 meals, got into the car and realized only had 1 fry. Went back in and had to repay for the fries. They kept saying meals were never paid but we had drinks. We were not the only one having problems with food.
