Love their food but unfortunately you can't order it online via the website or the app which kinda kills the experience for me. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be fixed if they don't want to lose or continue losing business.

Server was digging the bottom of the barrel for the protein choice and before it looked like there was even maybe half a serving the next person just drug the burrito over and started dressing it , I ate it , it tastes ok , but it ran right through me , something was not right w the food as it for sure upset my

Hate to say this as an avid Qdoba fan for years (the drive up Qdoba window is so convenient), but that was a DANG GOOD burrito. Hadn’t been to Chipotle in a couple years but the flavors from the barbacoa and the sauces and everything else in that burrito… super flavorful and fresh tasting!! They still aren’t known for their queso and tacos though and that was very apparent lol. No pic because I was too busy enjoying my food.Note that like others have displayed in these reviews, Chipotle tortillas are notorious for tearing and being messy. Part of why I stopped going probably. Sure enough mine tore while the guy was making it. Then he started to double tortilla it to cover the hole instead of just dumping it into a fresh one. Thankfully I caught it and requested he not double wrap it (because I don’t like that flavor ratio and the extra carbs/cals). He obliged and we ended up with an amazingly wrapped burrito with no tears. You don’t typically have these problems at Qdoba though which results in less mess and hassle with them.Good to see they still keep Chipotle Tobasco on deck because that stuff is REALLY GOOD. ?Overall good experience but Chipotle’s gonna Chipotle.

Steak is overcooked, and portion cooked for business need was too much. Ordered a carne asada burrito. Got food poisoning. It sucked.
As the last poster mentioned, bad communication skills from the staff. Lack of customer service-- I was the only one in the restaurant on a busy Christmas time shopping day -- standing at the counter---and 3 staff inches from me wouldn't look up to acknowledge me with even so much as a head nod that they see me. Just rude. Portion sizes are also not what they should be for the cost.....probably why I was the only one there.

I have only been to chipotle twice in my life. The first time was in Moore and the staff was great and helpful and then in Norman and it was a bad experience. Chipotle is a little difficult anyway if you aren’t familiar with what you are doing. The menu just says bowl, salad, tacos etc but not explaining what is on it so if you are not familiar with the place and not sure how to order and the staff is unhelpful and it’s overwhelming. I walked in and ordered 2 of the kids tacos and I bowl. The lady said what sides do you want on the kids and I did not want beans so I said all rice and so she put rice and put a lid and I said on the meat I want and she said you said all you wanted was rice. I said the side I do want rice. She said I asked you what sides and you said all rice. In my mind Sides are rice and beans not your meat so she finally threw them aside and started again. She was incredibly short with me. So I was trying to say carne asada for the meat and all I had out was carn and she grabbed this shredded stuff and I was like no no and she said pork and I said no this one and I was pointing and she grabbing the other and said pork and I was like no and I finally said please stop I don’t want that I want this and by this time my anxiety is through the roof and should have just left and so we get to the bowl and I was trying to say salsa on the side and mid sentence she puts it in the bowl and I put my hand on my head and was almost in tears and this time because she was so hateful and was not happy that I was trying to to ask questions and she said I ask what you wanted in the bowl. By this time i keep saying you are so intimidating with this, this is not a place i usually come. I said that over and over so she could realize I am just trying to order and she has me in almost full blown melt down mode. Also when I went to Moore and got a kids meal they said cheese and sour cream and salsa would be included but queso or guacamole would be a charge. This lady charged me almost 7.00 for cheese and sour cream on top of a kids meal. The food was good but I’m sure I will never walk back in the store again. Never have I ever had someone make ordering such a horrible ordeal.
