Bleh. I upgraded a combo but they filled the fries 3/4 full then dumped them in the bag upside down and forgot the Freddy’s sauces. The chicken seemed undercooked and was translucent white almost like a fish filet, it must be some sort of soy hybrid but it was either nearly raw or a squishy rubbery mystery meat. I get its fast food but it was the sloppiest bag of food anyone’s ever handed me. The sandwich was drowning in sauce and the cheese was a melted puddle at the bottom of the paper wrap not even on on the sandwich. Going to Bad Daddy’s or The Garage next time because that was just gross and a waste of money

Came last minute for diner for my family. I felt so bad as I new they getting close to closing. But with upmost positive attitude. The entire staff was like, no no no, it's really ok. We love to serve. And did they ever. For was off the charts fresh. But it was the positive atmosphere. Very clean and tidey. But it was the professionalism that blew me away. From the honest greeting thru the order taking and hand over the food was above and beyond anything I could ever ask for. 5 stars guys and gals!!! I would highly recommend Freddy's of Norman, Ok!!!

Ive been here 2-3 times in the last couple of weeks...the burgers and chilli dogs are good, the fries and onion rings not so much. The fries remind me of those little potato sticks I used to eat as a kid...received mine cold and a couple of bites was all I could stand of that. Next time I ordered onion rings and they were a little better than the fries just not too many of them...maybe 5 rings? Anyway, to my main complaint, I ordered a hot fudge sundae with a brownie in it. I received it with chocolate custard and mixed with the chocolate syrup and chocolate brownie it was nasty nasty...I took it back and they said thats the way a brownie hot fudge sundae comes and offered to give me my money back but I declined and left...I have been eating hot fudge sundaes for 53 years and have never received one with chocolate ice cream. Theres supposed to be some contrast with the ingredients. Any person that enjoys/prepares food will tell you this....Whoever decided a hot fudge brownie sundae goes with chocolate ice cream should reconsider their career choice...I will be back for the burger and chillidog but nothing else.
