As poor grad students, my wife and I would treat ourselves to the lunch special here. We moved away and have never found a place as good. Over a decade later and we came back for a visit. The prices are still amazingly low, the food remains just a great as it always was, and the little kids we would always see in the back are now high school students coming in on their lunch break. That definitely hit us in the feels. Happy Family feels like home.

This little place looks like a dive, but don't let that fool you with great fast service and freash cooked to order food it is one of the best places for Chinese food and takeout, actually like the food there more than any of the other Chinese places around hands

This place has gone downhill. I had the General Tsao chicken. it tasted like the chicken was going bad. The chicken was soggy. Garnished with 1 piece of broccoli and little sauce. The rice had no taste. Egg rolls looked shrunken and refried. The menu states free can of soda with combo. No soda .. only a bottle of water. won't bother going there again.

Food poisoning.In the past, I'd enjoyed eating from this restaurant because of the customer service, decent price of food, and fast results.However, this past weekend, I got food that was warm but mushy and low quality from this restaurant. I still ate it. Unfortunately, it gave me food poisoning. I'm still recovering.I used to recommend this place, but because of the reduced quality, it's not safe for me to eat here anymore. It ruined my whole Labor Day.
